It was an indescribable joy and source of pride for me to come together at our New Year’s events with the valuable colleagues who have been an integral part of the Hitay Holding Hitay Holding family for many years.

2024 was a year filled with success for EXIM, TEKNOSER, Bilyoner ve Altılı Ganyan. Behind these achievements stand our dedicated team members who make a difference with their commitment, energy, and loyalty. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you.

At the special events where we welcomed 2025 together, I had the privilege of presenting seniority awards to our colleagues who have been indispensable members of our family through their dedication and hard work over the years. These moments were more than just an award ceremony; they were a celebration of years of shared accomplishments and the success stories we have written together.

Since 1980, we have been building a proud legacy together. Looking at the number of colleagues receiving seniority awards, I was once again reminded of the strong and deep bond we share:

• 157 colleagues with over 5 years of service,
• 85 colleagues with over 10 years,
• 43 colleagues with over 15 years,
• And 43 colleagues who have been part of this journey for over 20 years.

In total, 328 senior colleagues form the cornerstone of what has brought Hitay Holding to where it stands today. Sharing these special memories was an unforgettable honor and a cherished moment for me.

I am confident that we will carry our past achievements into the future. Next year, we will celebrate the 45th anniversary of Hitay Holding together as a family. The story of Hitay Holding, which we have written together with over 1,000 colleagues, will continue to advance confidently and grow even stronger. Thanks to the beautiful bonds that connect our past to our future, I have no doubt that we will achieve new successes.
